I just got my '56 insured with Grundy. A little difficult to deal with. They rejected my initial application because they don't insure vehicles with "rust". I asked the rep then how clients do they really have. Even some of the new vehicles that we use as daily drivers have rust.
Finally, got to a manager and he said that that was incorrect. Sent him the application back with payment and we got the deal done.
The best news is that there is no mileage limit and no keeping track. Good price as well-----$100 for the year with agreed value at $10,000.
