My '49 3100 has single-action shocks. I'd bet a dollar yours are the same. I looked long and hard for new bushings when I rebuilt my shocks and couldn't find anything. I ended up purchasing some copper tubing from a local hardware store and cutting it to fit. It's not original, but it's the right size and it works. I figured it was better than nothing. I coated the interior of the tube with grease before I assembled it.
