Does anyone know if you have to add seat-belts to pre-1966 trucks? They passed the seat-belt law in Georgia this year for pick-ups. Some people say you don't have to put them in if it didn't come from the factory with them. About two years ago, someone stated this also on the Stovebolt forum, but I don't remember what state they lived in. Anyone kow for sure about Georgia?
