Hey guys, I’m sure that every state has their own take on grandfather laws. Everyone has their own opinion on what it ought to be but that’s not what you want or need. The only real way to tell is to contact your own state DMV and get the skinny straight from the proper authorities.
If you do happen to contact your DMV it wouldn’t hurt to report back to the group. At least then we would all know for sure what laws GA & IN really have on the books.
