I wopuld say,it all depends on what your plans are with your truck. if you want to get it riunning and drive PDQ,then go for the brake overhaul.However if you are planning a complete restoration,before you drive it,then go ahead and start with patch panels or whatever you want to start with.As far as buying or making your patch panels,it is a heck of a lot easier to buy the ready made panels.
