Maxx, the photos I referred to are in "Encyclopedia of Chevrolet Trucks". (In all my truck photos, I don't think I have one of a Chevy stepvan.) It is in the Crestline series of books but is a different format to the usual Crestline books and the photos are a lot clearer.
Like you, I saw a resemblance to a Ford Grumman van but since the lady says "Chevrolet" I have to accept that. The grille definitely is not a Chevrolet grille. Did UPS use their own grille design. What year/years were the Dubl-Duti's built?
