Dusty - if they are both AD chassis, the biggest difference would be gas tank mounts and spare tire carriers - and cab mounts are different also. As far as the rest of the frame goes and brakes and stuff . . . they are pretty much identical. Parts can be easily adapted to go from one to the other.
