Just pulled a brake wheel cylinder off the front passenger side of my 42 3/4 pickup and purchased a 1 1/4 rebuild kit for it when I noticed that the cylinder was a 1 3/16 bore. According to the shop manual this 1 3/16 bore cylinder should be on the rear. Will this matter? What is the reason for the different size cylinders front and rear? Can I continue to use this smaller cylinder on the front? Thanks in advance.
