#39556 11/13/2003 1:57 AM | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 1,904 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2001 Posts: 1,904 | I'll be putting a Rochester Monojet on the manifold of my 261. It has the 1/2 in. thick plastic heat insulator block to separate the carb from the manifold.
The carb rebuild kit came with 3 gaskets which range from thin cardboard to a 1/8" thick composite of some sort.
Are those 3 "gaskets" really heat insulators?
Should I use any of these with the 1/2" heat insulator block? These "gaskets" are not shown in the rebuild kit drawings. Thanks!!
