We finally finished my '54... well, for now, anyhow! I've been driving it for the past couple weeks, and it's been great. The only issue I've had on the road has been a sitcking vacuum advance unit which was throwing the idle settings off and causing the truck to die when I came to stop signs. We've had to play with the shift linkage a little, but new bushings helped tremendously.

The truck is back to work, having hauled all kinds of stuff already ranging from plywood to car parts to duck food! Come for a ride in the video below and hear it run!
