Ok, not to offend you, but even if I didn't know what the cap was for(I mean come on people, I've only seen an engine this old in my dad's Farmall tractor, and newer engines don't have the cap there!) but I think that I would know not to sandblast with the windshield unprotected. And hopefully the radio(which isn't original and thankfully they mounted it under the dash and didn't hack the dash up) will work so I won't even have to get another one.
