Finally got under it today. The transmission tag was partially blocked by one of the homemade dual exhausts, but the number I came up with is 3152-F. According to Jolly's webpage, 3152-A and 3152-C units are Spicers, so I'm assuming that 3153-F is a Spicer variant.
