Heat the outside trailing around the bushing until it's starting to turn red. do this on both sides and the rubber - being on fire will fall out. Then take an 1-1/8 socket,which is the size of the bushing, and give it a smack with a hammer and it will come out.Please wear leather gloves to do this as I,m talking from experience, but it works great.
