Bought with tree damage / fell over passenger side of cab.
He jacked it out and worked it another 15yrs at least.
The 402 Motor it came with finally went down. Dad would not pay for another 402. At the time; i think Jasper said for 1,500 and his motor they could swap. He went cheap. Put a 454 motor in it and ruined the truck.
Anyway that old truck with the 402 was a hoss. You could pull it down till you could here every cylinder fire, then just add throttle and pull on out.
It got good fuel milage beating around the woods.
With such a short wheel base that it spent a lot of time reared up on the tailgate.
Anyway we have one. Or whats left of one.
