Ok, my book must have a misprint in it. I cleaned off the pistons and looked for the stampings of oversize, but did not find any. Ken, your numbers make sense, as I have about a .005 - .006 ridge on the top of the bore where the rings dont hit. Is the wear on this engine (.005-.008) acceptable?
