| | | | Joined: May 2005 Posts: 334 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2005 Posts: 334 | The engine that was previously in my truck was from a 53 car with Powerglide and it had a 4-bolt valve cover on it. A friend and I pulled the engine from the donor car back in the 70's and he knew it was the original engine in the car. (there were only a few minor differences between the 53 Powerglide engine and my truck's original 1954 235)
