I thought Drano no longer contained lye?
Drano IS lye [sodium hydroxide], with some other things added, and considering
the hazards of it, there's just no reason to use it for a job easily done by friendlier methods ... in addition, sodium hydroxide is highly
corrosive and isn't corrosion our biggest problem with this old tin?
