Got a replacement water pump from NAPA for my 235. The old pump has 2 holes, one for the heater hose and one with a plug. The new pump just has one hole. Will it work to take the adapter for the heater hose off the old pump and put it on that single hole on the new one?
For reference, the old pump looks just like the one that classic parts and LMC sell.
edit: What is the second hole for?
