Along with my everchanging maintenance list, I keep a spreadsheet offline for the items that have mileage/time intervals. When I perform a task, I enter date and mileage in the spreadsheet and two calculated fields at the end of the row show me the next date/milestone when I have to perform the task again. I look at this spreadsheet every week and compare it to my current date and odo readings to see which tasks are becoming due.
