Looks a lot like a PMCS (Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services). I do them a lot in our motor pool. There's a seperate list for before, during, and after operations checks, as well as a weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and annually performed list for every truck and trailer in the lot. The Marine Corps doesn't want these trucks to break!
