I am at a standstill. Yes Fl law requires a vin. verification, the vin # on truck is a 1942 1 1/2 ton , but sellers reg. is 1946 but like I say the first part of vin that he has is off by 1 letter/number.. actual vin is 9ms43336718 and he has 9m34336718 ?????????
