Hi Working on my 51 3600 Long Box. Have it stripped down to the frame and have ordered a Mustang II Front suspention as well as new rear mono leaf set up. Been really concidering shorting the frame to change her into a short box. Has anyone done this and any advice. I am thinking to cut the frame cut the front of the box remove 1 support per side and shorten the splash aprons and order new running boards for a short box. ?? Any advice would be great.. Or anything I have forgetten.
