Understand, that I don't want another used 235. I have one of those. I want a rebuilt short-block. I've got 5 cars,including 3 old project trucks. Rebuilding a motor myself is just not in the time budget.
Now, if a rebuilt 235 short-block is going to cost me $2000 and I can get a 350 long block for $1200. I'll pursue the 350 bell-housing and motor mounts.
Provided I find a V8 powered truck, what years motor mounts will work?
