www.rallyamerica.com These guys sell a pretty nice repop of the old artillery wheel with any lug configuration you need. They can do any offset you want also and have the smoothies etc etc. Their website should show all the combinations.
I went 5 lug with my 47 coupe and rallys then didn't like the little cap so found a place in So Cal that made my stock cap fit rally wheel.
There is also Stockton wheel and Paulson's wheels.
