Sure, you can understand. Follow the money trail.The govenrment dictates what you can do & how much you can do it, all the while using the environment as an excuse to seperate you from your money. China will soon far surpass the amount of pollution the US has created in a century, yet the US is blamed for "global warming" and all kinds of questionable theories, and they think by limiting me to painting 2 cars a year it can make up for the tons of pollution industries in China vomit into the atmosphere every day? Its a stinking money grab. Want to help the environment, stop the importing of dangerous products from China, start making products at home again, and keep the EPA out of my garage.
