This is the first I've heard of this law. My grandpa has a hobby shop where he, my dad, and my uncle restore old tractors. They paint 5 or 6 tractors a year, along with other parts. They probably won't like this. What other laws have come out like this? Sounds to me like the government wants to kill the old iron hobby.
