The '89 Camaro used a modified strut suspension up front. There is no upper control arm. You would have to use pretty much the entire front body clip to allow for the upper strut tower mounting and to keep proper suspension geometry alignemnt. best would be to use either an '81 or earlier F body sub or an aftermarket crossmember.
