Just spotted this on our local craigslist: Is this a serious candidate?
Disk Brake rear-end , has same width as the 1947-1955 Chevy trucks. Comes from a 1985 Lincoln with a V8, benefit of disk brakes. Ratio 3:08, posi not known, not 9"
Rear gear is a little steep I think but If I kept the original transmission would the gear ratio be OK. Not known if it is a 5-6 bolt
