Does anyone know where I can get a wiring schematic for a 39 Chevy truck 1/2 ton? I have converted many things to 12v (battery, coil, light switch, lights, heater switch, ignition switch) The only things that are 6v are the gauges which i believe I can run reducers to and the distributor.
Here are my questions...
Does the ammeter need a reducer? (I was told no)
My 12v light switch has terminlas (battery, lights, taillights, parking lights) all the directions I have are for the a 38 12v harness which i was told is the same and those directions refer to connecting to term H, term S, term R...can anyone convert that?
I have an alternator (Chevy) has 2 terminals in back and a 2 wire snap in connector, can anyone tell me what goes where there?
Does someone have a 6v to 12v conversion diagram
I think if I had a schematic, it would be easier,
