The picks your describing are sold by Eastwood and a bunch of other body shop suppliers have them also. Agree with ya on hand pickin' you better have a whole bunch of experience and hand coordination or your gonna just create more dings than you had in the first place. Most all new comers to metal working think you really have to smack the metal hard to move it and in reality it don't take a whole lot to move it back in place, usually just a few gentle taps.
