| | | | Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 262 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Mar 2006 Posts: 262 | I got a pair of sockets from LMC that are used to convert the parking lights to 1157 lamps. I had to bend the bracket a little to get them to fit in the taillight housing. With the 1157 lamps, my taillights are extremely bright. The brake lights will almost blind you. A pair of the sockets run about $25-$30, a whole lot cheaper than an LED setup, and just as bright when you have a good ground.
