I'm in the process of swapping out my 216 for a 235 and I noticed that the rear engine mounts (which are the same for both engines) don't appear to bolt the engine down - They are two metal sleeves that "nest" together, with a rubber pad on one of them. The way they are currently installed, the engine can travel upwards, and I'm thinking that on a sever enough bump, the engine could jump out of the lower mount!
Is this the correct way for these to be installed?
