I found a 1958 Apache at a junk yard for $400. Looking at it it has minimal rust (there are pinholes in the fenders around the headlights and some small holes down near the rockers) and the body appears to be pretty straight. It has a 283 in it, not running, and I'm not sure what tranny it has, other than it's a manual. All the glass is good, the floors are good, dash is good, hood is excellent, bed is good.
I'm new to this game and I'd like to either restore it to original or make it a hot-rod.
