Just finishing the top end on my 305 SBC. First, have you done your research and know why you want what you want? It will help you make decisions about where your hard-earned cash is best invested. The joy of these machines is that there are so many options, but that can be a curse too.

The internet provides a world of info and options. I bought a number of components as take-offs, stripped from stock set-ups as pros rev up other similar engines. They sell the take-offs dirt cheap and I found them to be in great shape.
