But I have heard pros and cons about phosphoric acid pickling of metal parts to prevent corrosion. It has been said that critical suspension components such as axles, spindles, brake drums, and such are subject to "hydrogen embritlement" and cracking if they are pickled. What is okay to pickle? Frames? Beam axles? Anyone know? :confused: | | |
