The funny thing about things like this is that it's the ONLY thing you'll see on an otherwise beautiful dash. Everyone who takes pride in what they do goes through the same thing... they only see the "mistakes".

Beings how that's a non-metallic color, I'd mask off the cluster and use a touch-up gun and spray. If you still have the same paint, it should blend in perfectly with a little wetsanding and polishing.
