Fox J, couple of things to think about before going any further. As there are about 3 different styles of mounts which one best suits your application? Depending on the room available will your steering shaft line up without to much fiddle. With the 38 I bought and tried to make fit a universal mount which had poor results. Tried the ones off a newer vehicle they could work but they looked %$Y^RYTF. So I ended up putting the engine into position and fabricating some of my own. There should be room for you to hang something off the top of the frame. Then either bolt a brace or weld a brace down unless you have that section boxed. Have fun this is an interesting time to get the little things so they fit.
