The funny thing is that I spelled it that way unintentionally and then decided to leave it. Having gone through primary school and 1st year of high school dans la belle province, I learned to spell that way. And now, all these years later, I still do and have to make a conscious effort to spell the "er" words the American way. Makes for funny little personal nostalgia moments throughout the day.
That's why Whizzerick and I are like long-lost brothers
