im having the same problem my clutch is only a year old only i never adjusted the free play so the clutch was tight no free play so the bearing started clnging and rattling i ajusted it but to late damage had been done as soon as it warms up i will put a new bearing in learned a lesson if you have a clutch make sure you keep some free play in the linkage or the bearing will be spining all the time instead of just when depressed
