If you have some patience, a shop manual, some common sense, and some money, then the AD Chevy trucks are pretty easy to play with.

If It has lots of rust I would leave it alone or not give much at all for it. If you plan on a full restoration start with the most rust free body you can scrounge the money for, rusty sheet metal gets expensive very fast.
