Hi,
I just found a 1950 Chevy 1.5 ton with lift but no bed yesterday. The engine is supposed to run (if there was a battery), but the clutch is stuck together, and the brakes are shot. No clue if the lift works.
Is that something that is reasonably easy to fix?
I rebuilt a VW Beetle engine before (and it ran!)
and completely rebuilt the brakes on a 1940 Dodge.
Does it get much more complex than that?
Oh, and what do I buy my wife when the piece of rust gets delivered? Any ideas how to keep her calm without spending a fortune? :-)
Thanks,
Andy
