#36473 06/18/2002 1:18 PM | Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 26 Junior Member | | Junior Member Joined: Jun 2002 Posts: 26 | My '52 had a modification at some point in its life to replicate a split header with a stock manifold, so when I got it this past April, it had a dual exhaust without mufflers. NC doesn't allow no mufflers, so a local NAPA service center put on a 'stock' single system with the modified split by the manifold for about $150. It seams to run fine. I thought it was a pretty good deal.
