My Regulator has been playing games and, with 2 jumper boosts today, its time to replace it. My father mentioned there are 2 types - one for generator & one for alternator. I've got a generator. What am I asking the guys at the parts shop for? The regulator was replaced about 3 years ago so I'm surprised it's gone so fast. Thanks for any advice.
