| | | | Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 140 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 140 | Well, I have decided to overhaul my 305 V6. I looked at Kanter's website, and they have an overhaul kit for $750.
It includes just about everything to rebuild this engine. Except for the connecting rods, or motor mounts. They don't even have the con rods or the mounts available. But they do have the rod bearings. I dont mean to sound cheap or anything, but is there another company that sells an overhaul kit for this engine that has the connecting rods and guides with it? I mean, it sounds like a good idea to replace the rods too, if you are doing the pistons and everything else, right?
