thanks u very much, I will try that tomorrow! I just got some shims and put them in tonight, I will try to start it tomorrow. If it doesn't start I am going to try it with the screw driver for sure or a bar. I was kinda thinking maybe it is locked up, I did try to turn it with my hand but it would not do anything.
