Anonymous Unregistered A	I'm hoping there's stovebolters from Florida out there. I just went to title my '52 panel. DMV used my engine serial number instead of the VIN for the title. They said any vehicle '55 & lower uses the engine serial on the title. Which means, if I change engines, I have to retitle! Have any of you heard of this?
