#35731 11/20/2004 4:13 AM | Joined: Apr 2001 Posts: 162 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2001 Posts: 162 | I am not pleased with the por 15 sealer. I took the old tank out 5 years ago and cleaned it per the directions.
#1 it sealed over the exhaust pipe and pumping gas is slow. (something I can fix but not a priority).
#2 5 years later I'm getting rusty gas and changing filters every couple of weeks.
I plan on buying the chevy duty replacement tank for may 54 for $139.00 and just painting the outside.
I vote no sealer.
