LONGBOX55 'Bolter L Joined: May 2006 Posts: 8,351 DANVILLE IL	The column does not come apart from the box. You'll have to remove the entire box to get it out. Also, if you are planning to overhaul the steering box, the wormshaft actually comes out from the bottom after the lower bearing cover is removed. Bill Burmeister
