Yachtcare Shop Shark Y Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 252 Cape Coral, FL	The pinion gear will also have a date code, and the number of teeth stamped right into the top of it. The pinion in my 61 Apache has GM 11-60 39-10 and a part number stamped in it. The 39-10 being the tooth count for the gear set.
