I think the mounting for those alternators is pretty universal, it should fit right on your existing bracket.
Did you transpose a word in your post...internal/external in regards to the available wiring harness.
If a wiring harness is available that is constructed for a internally regulated alternator, you are all set. Isn't this the style of the 12si!
